Recently, some listeners have been experiencing clipping when attempting to listen to WNYU’s 128kbps stream.
If you are experiencing clipping when trying to listen to WNYU’s 128kbps stream, first try listening to the 32kbps stream.
If you are using a PC, you can also try using Windows Media Player, which does not seem to experience the clipping issue. Start the Windows Media Player, Open URL, and paste in either:
- http://cinema.acs.its.nyu.edu:8000/wnyu32.mp3
- http://cinema.acs.its.nyu.edu:8000/wnyu128.mp3

You might need to use the “Open URL” or “Open Stream” function of your MP3 player (iTunes, Winamp, Windows Media etc), or you might simply be able to paste the URL into your browser.
