Depending on how your machine is configured, your Windows Media Player may be associated to play files with a different extension than the one for the link above (m3u). If your Windows Media Player did not start playing when clicking on the link above, try one of these alternative links:

mpg  ---or---  mp3

You may also be able to receive the Windows Media Stream using Real Audio's RealOne player. Start the RealOne player, select File,_Open_and_enter... http://www.wnyu.org/wnyu.wma. To download a free RealOne player, visit: http://www.real.com/products/player/ (Note: Look for the link for the FREE player on the upper right of the RealOne Player page. The Superpass version is only a free "trial" version.)

When your Media Player successfully plays the WNYU stream for the first time, it essentially "remembers" the URL (stores it in the list of URLs you recently visited). Additionally, you can save the WNYU stream URL by clicking on Media Library and then clicking on the "+" button in order to add the currently playing track (ie, WNYU's stream) to your Media Player's audio library.

All FM programs are netcast, Monday - Friday, 4:00PM - 1:00AM. Additionally, all AM programs are netcast as well. AM programs can be heard throughout the weekend at various times, and on weekdays at various times from 1AM - 4PM. For more information, consult the FM & AM schedule pages. All FM programs, and most AM programs, are broadcast as scheduled. Some AM programs may not be broadcast if the host is unavailable. All times are Eastern Time (U.S. & Canada).
